Japanese Selvedge denim fabric made for fashion normally goes through 3 steps: shrink-proof, burning off hairs, and skewing to prevent twisting. TCB has requested that the selvedge denim only goes through the shrink-proof (one wash) process. This is in line with vintage Levi's of this era, allowing the denim to create twist pattern and unique fades. This is as close as it gets to the original Levi's 505 from the 60's.
